📦 Returns & Refunds Policy

We want you to absolutely love your Squish & Stitch bracelets! However, because of the nature of our products, we have some strict rules regarding returns.

                Hygiene & Custom Orders: Because our jewelry sits directly against the skin, we strictly cannot accept returns or exchanges on any bracelets that have been worn for hygiene reasons. Additionally, custom-built bundles or personalized items are final sale and cannot be returned.
            

Faulty or Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged or there is a fault with the craftsmanship, please contact us within 14 days of delivery. We will happily arrange a replacement or a full refund. We may ask for a quick photo of the damage so Taylor Stitch can see what went wrong in the workshop!

Cancellations

If you need to cancel your order, please email us immediately. If your order has not yet been packed and shipped, we can cancel it and issue a full refund. Once you receive your shipping confirmation email, the order cannot be cancelled.

At Squish & Stitch, we respect your privacy and promise to protect your personal data. We only collect exactly what we need to get your bracelets to your door safely.

What We Collect

Order Details: Your name, email address, and shipping address so we can physically post your items to you and send you tracking updates.
Account Data: If you create a VIP Workshop account, we securely store your encrypted password and order history so you can log back in later.
Technical Data: We use standard, temporary "Session Cookies" to remember what items are in your basket while you browse the site.

Your Payment Details (Stripe)

We never see or store your credit card numbers. All payments are processed securely through our payment partner, Stripe. Stripe encrypts your payment data to the highest industry standards. The only payment information we see on our end is the last 4 digits of your card (for refund purposes) and whether the payment was successful.

Who We Share Your Data With

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to anyone. We only share your data with essential third parties required to run the business, such as:

Stripe: To process your payment securely.
Royal Mail (or similar couriers): We provide them with your name and shipping address so they can deliver your parcel.

Pricing and Availability

All prices are listed in GBP (£). We try our absolute best to ensure all stock levels and prices are accurate. However, if a pricing error occurs or a product magically runs out of stock while you are checking out, we reserve the right to cancel and refund that portion of your order.

Handmade Variations

Our bracelets are lovingly hand-assembled. Because of this, slight variations in bead color or spacing may occur compared to the photographs on the website. This is what makes your Squish & Stitch jewelry unique!

Right to Refuse Service

We reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, or cancel orders at our sole discretion (for example, if we suspect a fraudulent transaction).
